Our LITHE Weight loss program is a comprehensive program that includes the following:
- Around 6+ hours of hypnotherapy and NLP including "Virtual Gastric Band" hypnosis
- 8 hypnosis recordings, one of which to be listened to each day of the program (very enjoyable and around 20-25 minutes each)
- Daily emails with a checklist to help keep you on track (only takes 1 minute to fill in check list)
- Email and Phone support from Michael Whelehan
- 1 Ebook
- Optional - 4 sessions with Dr John Beaney, (1 hour followed by 4 half hour sessions) covering education in Ketosis diet, setting up an online food diary (this allows John to be able to check in and help with any issues) More about Dr. John on his website https://www.johnbeaney.com.au/ HERE.
- Optional -Personalized training sessions at The Sports Injury Clinic in Frankston with a trained exercise physiologist. 3 sessions per week for the 12 weeks of the program. (In a small group - more about TSIC HERE)

We are very serious about your health and about helping you change your subconscious so that making healthy choices with food and exercise becomes a habit for you. We therefore only accept subscriptions from people who are genuinely prepared to commit to spending around 25 minutes daily for the program.
The program's five simple steps are easy to follow, and the key to changing those subconscious habits is daily listening to a ‘Mind Conditioning hypnotherapy recording and doing some simple visualization exercises.
Clients report the recordings to be very relaxing and yet at the same time motivational, which is not surprising since they are very much like guided meditations.
In less than 1 month, you can transform your habits in relation to food and exercise.

WHY IS IT CALLED ‘LITHE’?
LITHE - Adjective(especially of a person's body) thin, supple, and graceful.
Synonyms: agile, graceful, supple, limber, loose-limbed, nimble, deft, spry, flexible, pliant, pliable, lissom, willowy, acrobatic, fit
LITHE is an acronym representing the 5 simple steps that will soon become a habit for you, and change the way you look and feel:
L = Listen to your body
I = Increase your movement and exercise
T = Think Slim Mind Power Conditioning recordings (it starts with you taking control)
H = Happiness is the key to overcoming emotional and reward-based eating (recordings and Visualisation)
E = Eat consciously and enjoy your food
While other generic audio programs on the market can be effective if you can stick with them for long enough, our program is different because it holds you accountable for your progress. I have a unique system whereby you keep track of your progress and results, AND you have regular connect with me personally to ensure that you keep on track with a mindset that makes it natural for you to choose healthy food and exercise and to enjoy thinking like a naturally thin person.

I attended a hypnosis session on August 17th 2016. I was a relatively heavy smoker (approx 30 a day). Loved smoking , still enjoyed it most of the time and questioned how l could ever live without them. I had tried several times but usually couldn't last more than a few days sometimes only hours. I had started smoking at only 9 years old it was a huge part of my life. Slowly l was becoming more affected by the negative effects caused from smoking. I knew l had to do something, l decided to try hypnotherapy with Michael, l know if performed correctly it does work. I attended 1 session and was amazed how well he enforced that l was now a non smoker. I have had moments which were bearable that l wanted to smoke but could overcome them pretty easily. I honestly believe that without hypnosis l would still be a smoker. I wouldn't have had the strength and willpower to fight the cravings without Michael's help. Thank you so very much . I have been working with Michael now for over 3 months. In that time Michael has taught me the benefits of the conscious eating- savoring what you eat and and feeling the texture and flavors.
